Using methodologies based on Lean Six Sigma, we provide re-engineering, optimization, and idea innovation services.  We work with small and large global entities to develop new and innovative methodologies, methods, and services to better engage their clients and customers.  Even with our consulting projects that last for more than a month, 70%–90% of the work is done remotely.

Not every project requires us to also implement it, but when it does, we are equipped to help you with your change initiative. We use a systems-alignment approach to manage and implement change initiatives and projects. We conduct independent organization and process audits.

Process audits are a necessary evil to ensure that your business processes are under control and your employees are meeting the service and quality standards you have set.  As such, we provide independent organization and processes  audits. 

Group Plan

$80/ month
This group consulting and coaching plan allows entrepreneurs and business owners to find solutions to issues and problems they are having.
  • 4 hours/ month in a group session.
  • Includes discussions on individual or  business issues and goals. 
  • Areas include organizational design and restructuring, process improvement, re-engineering, software implementation, reducing costs, and increasing sales or revenue. 

1-On-1 Plan

$600/ month
This plan is suitable for clients who need a more in-depth conversation, have a set project or consulting focus area.
  • 4 hours/ month 
  • An initial assessment of the issue and weekly consulting and coaching checking meetings to guide the team.
  • Depending on the project this plan can include the creation of the initial project management set up with some documentation preparations.

Executive Plan

$2,500/ month
This plan is great for organizations' that have more complex issues and need an interim or fractional executive to lead their team.
  • Fractional executive services for an agreed set of days per week.
  • Initial assessment of the business' problem, objectives and plan of action. 
  • Industries include but are not limited to: manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, distribution, supply chain, restaurant and catering, automotive, distilling and bottling, finance, software (SaaS) development, and education.
